This optional programmes (Esp.: Bantimurung, Malino, or Island Tour) can be done on your last day in Ujung Pandang, provided you leave for your next destination by afternoon flight. Or, on your first day in Ujung Pandang, provided your arrival in Ujung Pandang is by early morning flight.

BANTIMURUNG TOUR (OP - 7A)
Duration about 4 hours Transportation minibus or microbus. Distance from Ujung Pandang about 42 kms.
BANTIMURUNG is a government protected natural reserve, known in particular for its multicoloured butterflies. A cool waterfall and surrounding forests make it an ideal place to relax. On the way to Bantimurung you also can visit LEANGLEANG to see the mysterious fingerprints in a wallcave.

MALINO TOUR (OP - 7B)
Duration about 7 hours Transportation minibus or microbus. Distance from Ujung Pandang about 70 kms.
Your visit will include a half hour foot trip to the small waterfall at the foot of a hill, known as JE'NE RIBBA or flying water. .

ISLAND TOUR (OP - 7C)
Duration about half a day (08.00 - 12.00). Transportation local boats. Total mileage about 35 miles 07.30 leave hotel to the seaside for boarding. First destinations is the island of BARRANG LOMPO inhabited by about 5000 people, some of them live as a silversmiths, producing fine filigree ornaments.
After a short sojourn, leave for the island of Bone-Batang, a small coral island without any plantations and uninhabited. This island is ideal for simply sunbathing. Then your last island to visit is Samalona, a small island ideal for swimming. By noon, you will be back at the boarding place in Ujung Pandang

UJUNG PANDANG CITY SIGHTSEEING TOUR (OP - 7D)
Duration about 2 hours Transportation minibus or microbus.
Visits include:
* the old Dutch fortress FORT ROTERDAM.
* Mr BUNDT's Orchid Garden and coral / seashell collection.
* the sailing boat harbour at PAOTERE.
